  If I could rate a zero stars I would. Bought a couch in December 2017. The day after it was delivered noticed the recliner was not working and couch frame is actually bent. Took a week of daily phones calls and messages to finally get Dennis to acknowledge there is a major problem with the couch. He said he would order a new one and it would take two weeks. That was the first week of January. It is now March, I have a broken couch and Dennis has not returned my latest phone calls. If you ever have an issue with something you buy here beware!!! Terrible customer service from Dennis.
