    I got my furniture here because I loved it. I thought the service was great and the employees were friendly and informative. And they had the best guarantee policy of any of the other local furniture places. I was told my furniture would be delivered in about 3 to 4 weeks. That was on May 26. My furniture was not delivered until 5 weeks after my purchase date. I was given a timeframe for delivery and the delivery guys were nearly 3 hours late. The store had called to say they were running 2 hours behind schedule but after 2 hours past the latter end of the time frame they still hadn't arrived. We had plans to go out for the long weekend and were stuck waiting for them to arrive. They rushed in and quickly put the furniture together, didn't test anything out or show us anything before they took off. We didn't get to test things out right away either because it was the long weekend and we were going to be gone. A couple days later we discovered the recliner didn't work. I called I believe on July 3 to report it and get someone out to take a look. They weren't able to get a repair tech out here until July 13! That guy was late too - even though he doesn't call to give you your timeframe until that morning. He finally arrived to say that the chair was broken and that the whole base would need to be replaced. He said it would take another 3-4 weeks to get the parts in and then he would come and fix it. Today, 8/3 I get a call to schedule the repair... but not until 8/24! When I purchased this furniture I thought I would have working furniture by the middle of June - around the 16th based on what they told me. And now we're talking 2.5 months later! And no compensation for it either. I really really want to like this company, but I am so discouraged and put off by this experience. This is the kind of service I expect from big box stores, not family owned businesses.
